原料
富强粉200克, 糖25克, 酵母粉3克, 苋菜炒熟取汁100克
步骤
1(酵母粉加一点点糖,面粉,温水拌成糊状)加入面粉拌搅均匀,水和糖融化加进面粉里,揉成面团盆光,手光,面团光滑,放到温处发酵两倍大。将面团排气,分成每个50克一个面团

2取一个面团搓成圆形细小长条,对折取一个中心点

8取一个小小面团做出花型做花蕊
