原料
低筋面粉 400g+100g揉面备用, 奶或水 200~220g, 黄糖或白糖 30~60g, 酵母(燕山) 6g, 杆面棍 1根
步骤
1酵母加奶里搅拌均匀,放旁边几分钟

2称400g面粉和糖

10从盘里拿出面团,板上撒点低筋面粉,就可以开始揉了!

小技巧
发酵得好,就不需要很用力揉!
