1鱼刮鳞、去鱼鳃、去内脏,清洗干净

3用刀在取出的鱼肉上横竖刀切花

6用筷子翻搅让酱汁充分溶入到鱼肉片里。密封后存冰箱保鲜一天,期间不定时取出翻搅几次

7鱼肉放入烤炉前,提前30分钟从冰箱里取出,将鱼片码在烤架上控干富余水分
