入口即溶花生饼
原料
300g 幼滑花生酱 (Peanut butter), 100g 煮菜油 (Oil), 150g 糖粉 (Icing sugar), 220g 面粉 (Flour), 280g 特幼面粉 (Superfine flour)抹面/装饰, 1个 蛋黄 - 打散 (Lightly beaten egg yolk)
步骤
1把花生酱和油搅拌均匀,筛入糖粉继续搅拌均匀。
2 筛入面粉和特幼面粉,搓成不粘手面团,就可以做造型了。
3把蛋液涂在花生饼表面。
4预热烤箱,用160度烘烤12-15分钟至熟。 [注意: 温度最好自己拿捏]
