原料
土鸡半只, , 青红椒, 栗子, 藕, 香菇, 葱, , , 老抽, 生抽, 豆瓣酱, 蒜, 姜
步骤
1 鸡肉冲洗干净;鸡肉切块,把鸡皮切掉备用;

2 锅里放水煮开放入鸡肉,再次煮开就可关火,拿出鸡肉用凉水冲洗;

3 鸡皮放入锅里开中火后转小火,把里面的鸡油熬出来;

4 把鸡皮渣从锅里拿出;放入葱姜蒜煸炒出香味;

5 加入鸡块翻炒,加入两勺豆瓣酱翻炒;加入适量料酒,生抽和老抽翻炒后把鸡块倒入一个陶瓷锅里;

6 加水完全没过鸡肉盖上锅盖大火煮开后转小火炖20分钟;

7 20分钟后加入栗子继续炖20分钟;

8 藕去皮切片,青红椒也切片;

9 先放入藕,开大火,让汁水溢上来给其上色;

10 把香菇和浸泡香菇的水一起倒入陶瓷锅;继续改小火炖10分钟;

11 加入青红椒,盖上盖子再焖煮5分钟即可。
