原料
泡菜, 金针菇, 肉丝, 北豆腐, 食用油, 白糖, 辣椒酱, 葱
步骤
1 准备一些泡菜;把泡菜切成几段;

2 准备好一块北豆腐(我们南方豆腐含水量大,易碎,北豆腐就是含水量少)把北豆腐切成块状;

3 热锅后倒入少量的食用油;放入豆腐开始煎;直到两面金黄;把豆腐取出备用;

4 准备好一些肉丝,放点料酒和生粉抓匀就可以;

5 锅里再加一点点油,放入肉丝煸炒;

6 放入泡菜煸炒一会;

7 放入一勺辣椒酱再煸炒一会;倒入水,没过泡菜;

8 加入煎好的豆腐;水开后改小火煮5分钟左右;
