原料
福临门面粉300g, 红苋菜汁150g, 酵母3g, 橄榄油4g, 糖6g, 卤肉酱一碗(前面有写食谱)
步骤
1 红苋菜一把摘好洗净,锅内放少量水加入红苋菜煮

2 煮好取150克汁,放凉至手温再放入酵母

小技巧
1.红苋菜煮时水放少点,煮的汤汁浓点,上色才会深点 2.红苋菜汤汁要放凉至手温或完全凉,才能放酵母,不然会烫死酵母导致无法发酵 3.煮汤汁后的红苋菜不要丢了,再加点盐和香油还是可以吃的,不要浪费了
