原料
材料:鸡蛋3个、豆腐一小块、肉沫适量、胡萝卜少许、姜葱少许, 调味:盐、生抽、料酒、胡椒粉:
步骤
1把豆腐放在清水中,烧开煮一分钟后捞出,这样可以去掉豆腐里面的水分及豆腥味儿;

2捞出放晾后用勺子背压碎沫;

3锅内放油烧热后,放后姜沫翻炒,再放入肉沫,加盐,生抽,胡椒粉翻炒调味,再入切好的胡萝卜沫和豆腐沫,一起翻炒一分钟后盛出;

4将三个鸡蛋打成鸡蛋液,加入葱沫,在平底锅内加少量油,把鸡蛋液倒入翻成薄厚均匀的鸡蛋饼;

5 鸡蛋饼成形后,在上面加入之前炒好的肉末

6用筷子轻轻卷起来;

7用之前碗里的鸡蛋剩液,抹到鸡蛋卷的边缘,压紧实后卷起来
