2切碎、虾可一半剁泥一半切粒,口感更好

3按自己的口味来调馅

4馅调好后准备和面,澄面和玉米淀粉的比例是4:1,沸水和面,和好后放容器里盖盖醒5分钟。之后再继续和,放50克左右的动物油(猪油首选,我顺手用了昨天熬的鸡油)和的面团光滑为止。

5做圆剂子,然后用刮刀压扁,压的越薄越好。千万别擀,擀不了的!

6按自己喜好的款式包,但一定不要放太多馅,同时口要封紧!

7沸水上屉蒸10分钟,我三层屉,就多蒸了几分钟。

小技巧
屉上要么用胡萝卜菜叶垫底、要么就摸油,防粘。馅里也要调些猪油,口感润些。
