鸡架骨: 1只, 土豆: 3个, 蒜瓣,姜片: 少许, 料酒,冰糖,生抽,老抽!: 适合
步骤
1准备蒜瓣,姜片,蒜瓣可多放点,因为香!哈哈

2土豆切块,加水去淀粉

3水烧开,鸡架骨过遍水,再捞出,沥干水分。

4锅里热油,下姜片和蒜瓣,再下鸡骨,炒至表面变色,(想鸡肉嫩就不下油锅,直接加水煮就行了)

5然后依次放入 料酒,冰糖,生抽,老抽,水没过鸡骨,盖锅盖,大约几分钟左右,视鸡架骨的量而定时间!

6烧开下土豆!再盖锅盖大火烧至收汁上色即可!
