2煮好的肉捞出用凉水过几遍~开始切片!这个时候是考验刀工的时候

3调腐乳汁~放入白糖~鸡精~料酒~三块腐乳~倒入腐乳汁适量!最后加一点点水!不然会很咸!吃了容易翻车

4切好的肉片一片一片蘸上腐乳汁肉皮朝下均匀放进容器
