8准备一个小酒杯,不用小酒杯也没事用碗用手都可行,就是把材料放进叶子里

9备好白布条

10往右卷成一个洞,下面必须是尖的,否则会漏

16全部完成后,放水桶里泡半小时

18开锅盖先煮

19放进高压锅以后开盖煮大概15分钟,煮到周围有泡泡,关火,闷10分钟

20在盖锅盖,煮十几分钟,气少点了在开锅盖看看水是否够,不够加水加好在煮25分钟,关火

21趁热吃比较好吃,没吃完最好放进冰箱,不然天太热会坏掉,下次要吃时,一定要热一热,不然糯米很容易沾在叶子上
