步骤
1发面团,发到面团里有蜂窝

2做馅料,把肉泥用料酒, 香葱,盐,酱油搅拌均匀,静置10—15分钟入味

3把发好的面团擀成一张饼皮,尽量薄一些

7起油锅,烙饼,把切好的段放在油里压扁,或者压扁后放入油锅,我是锅里用平铲勺压扁的。
