步骤
1黄油隔水融化,与牛奶混合均匀备用

2准备一锅50度左右的水,将鸡蛋和糖混合放在一个无水的盆里放在锅中,隔水打发!蛋液逐渐变浅,大泡越来越少,蛋糊逐渐浓稠细腻!

3将蛋糊打发到画个8不会马上消失的状态!

4将低粉筛入蛋糊中,用刮刀翻拌,直到充分混合!翻拌手法轻柔,避免消泡

5将混合好的面糊取出三分之一与黄油牛奶搅拌均匀!再将其倒回面糊盆中,翻拌均匀即可!倒入模具,在桌上镇两下,把内部大泡镇出,烤箱预热150度,中下层烤40分钟!

6上色差不多的时候盖上锡纸!将烤好的蛋糕拿出倒扣,待不烫手后脱模!
