6隔水炖,我用的电炖盅,时间最长能设置三个小时,要时常注意下.

7盖盖开始炖啦

8炖至了一小会的样子糖已经融化了

9炖至了九个小时.已经大功告成.这个时候糖融化还是稀的.等完全凉透就是粘稠状的了.砌水喝.一杯一大勺就ok.我用的宜家那种大玻璃杯.
