原料
油菜: 700g, 鲜香菇: 300g, 五花肉: 500g, 盐: 适量, 蚝油: 1勺, 酱油: 适量, 面粉: 约1200g, 酵母: 适量, 葱、姜: 适量
步骤
1面粉加干酵母拌匀,加水和成团,等待发酵
2香菇,五花肉洗净切丁,油菜洗净切碎

3油菜加盐拌匀,控出水(我是把盆倾斜一会,倒出水来,不用攥水,香菇洗完攥过水了,可以吸收一部分菜水) 跟香菇拌匀,加葱姜末,加一勺耗油拌匀
4肉丁先加酱油拌匀,再跟香菇和油菜一起拌匀

5面团发好,揉匀,切好面挤,擀皮,包馅

7包好的包子要盖起来醒发一会,让面皮再发起来

8发好后,放进蒸锅,留空隙,蒸的过程中包子还会变大的(这是蒸好了的样子) 大火开锅,再蒸20分钟,关火开盖
