原料
棉花糖 160g, 小饼干 170g, 蔓越莓 60g, 黄油 60g, 杏仁 60g, 全脂奶粉 50g:
步骤
1一、把所有的食材称好分量准备好

2二、将黄油放进不粘锅小火融化

3三、待黄油全部融化后放入棉花糖

4四、继续用小火慢慢融化棉花糖,用硅胶铲慢慢搅拌,如图状就好了

5五、将蔓越莓、杏仁、小饼干放入融化的棉花糖溶液里,用硅胶铲搅拌均匀,再放入奶粉,继续搅拌,不要太用力,否则饼干会碎的

6六、搅拌均匀后,盛到一个不粘的托盘里,按压整形

7七、整形后再撒上少许奶粉,有雪花的感觉了
