面粉: 三小量杯, 凉水: 适量, 甜面酱: 适量, 葱丝: 适量, 辣椒油: 适量, 花生油:
步骤
1面粉中边加凉水,边用筷子搅成面絮,揉成面团

2和面的时候,我用到了这个加凉水,这样比较好控制(矿泉水瓶盖戳个小洞就OK)

3将面团醒二十分钟

4取出面团,揉成长条。切成相同大小的剂子。

5将面剂子擀成大小相同的面片

6所有面片表面刷油叠在一起

7正反面擀。擀成大圆饼。

8铺上蒸布入锅蒸十分钟(我家没有蒸布就没用)
