糯米粉: 200克, 虾干(海米): 50克, 鸡蛋: 3只, 娃娃菜: 250克, 红萝卜: 1只, 蟹柳: 5条, 小葱: 3棵, 姜片: 3片, 蒜头: 2瓣, 鸡汁: 适量, 盐: 适量, 芝麻油: 适量, 白芝麻: 适量
步骤
1将糯米粉用温热开水调开;

2捏成粉团,分成大小相同的剂子在掌心中轻搓成汤圆;

3其中几粒里包些枸杞子或红枣或黄糖入内,混在没馅料的汤圆里一起煮吃,看谁能吃上寓意运气好(不喜欢的这步骤可忽略);

4搓好的汤圆待用;

5汤底所需材料,处理备好各种食材;

6把鸡蛋液用油锅煎好,待冷却后切条备用;

7热锅落油放入料头姜、蒜、葱炒香;

10落入适量的高汤或清水,盖上锅盖煮几分钟;

11然后把改切好的鸡蛋落入,继续煮一分钟入鸡粉、盐调味关火;

12在煮汤的同时起一锅水,待水煮开后把汤圆落入煮沸腾后加一次冷水煮至汤圆浮起便可离火;

13把汤圆捞起放入煮好的汤里,也可以直接把汤圆装碗再入汤料和汤;

14煮好的汤圆,最后滴入适量芝麻油关火;
