小技巧
-〉这道菜用的长条状通心粉,偏软口感,可根据个人喜好用意面或其他形状的意粉替换,比如penny通心粉 -〉1 cup = 250ml -〉由于菜谱中选择用牛奶煮意面从而增加意面本身风味,所以牛奶的量不能减,否则面无法正常煮熟,但是可以在煮意面时先正常水煮至想要口感,再在烹饪过程中加入适量牛奶
