8糯米浸泡一晚

9糯米蒸熟

10蒸熟的糯米放凉,加一碗水,一斤糯米,一个酒曲(约5g,用擀面杖碾碎),把酒曲拌入糯米饭内,留一些最后放,放无水无油密封容器压平,中间用手按个孔,孔四周再洒些剩下的酒曲。用利于观察出水状况,放温暖处发酵48小时,我用棉衣包裹着,待孔中间有水出来,放冰箱,两三天即可品尝。
