小技巧
1、烙饼时一开始是小火将两面饼皮烙出硬壳,这样后面倒入糖水才不会粘在一起。 2、倒入糖水后要开大火并不停翻炒,防止沾在锅上烧焦;糖水变粘稠后关火焖一会,不要急着开锅盖,保证饼的内部熟软。
