12倒入没过肉的水

13盖锅盖,小火炖2小时左右(没什么汁就差不多了)

14将炖好的肉皮朝上 放入小碗中,倒上酱汁

15放入蒸锅,大火蒸20分钟再闷10分钟,即可 (蒸肉的作用是让肉入口即化,颜色更透亮,把油蒸出来,没有耐心可以省略,但成品会有点腻)

16蒸好的肉还是出了蛮多油的,用勺子撇掉浮油,再配一碗米饭,开吃吧!

蒸肉这一步建议不要省略..都煮了两个小时也不差那半小时了,而且蒸过的肉胆固醇还会降低,有益健康哦 煮时尝尝味道,觉得不够咸就加点盐,觉得不够甜就加点糖,根据自己口味调节
