原料
动物性淡奶油: 200ml, 牛奶: 200ml, 糖粉: 35g, 可可粉: 10g, 樱桃干: 25G
步骤
1淡奶油加入可可粉;

2搅拌均匀后加入糖粉,淡奶油用打蛋器稍为打至不流动状态即可,不用打发起来;

3冰淇淋桶抹净,用塑料袋包起来放冰箱冷冻12个小时以上,取出,倒入牛奶;

4倒入打发好的淡奶油可可;盖好盖子,开动机器;

所用到的淡奶油和牛奶最好事先放冰箱冷藏过;糖量可以根据自己的喜欢加减,冷冻过的雪糕甜度会变低一点! 吃不完用盒子装起来放冷冻的冰淇淋,食用时提前5分钟解冻!
