步骤
1牛腩切块,洋葱,胡萝卜切块备用!

2热油锅,洋葱块炒香!!

3倒入牛腩,炒至颜色变白,然后倒入生抽,老抽(上色),糖,盐(盐不要多,不然后面收汁会咸),磨黑胡椒进去,炒几下,然后酱汁进入到牛腩里!再倒入水漫过牛腩!

4等到牛腩的汁收到一半多了,再倒入胡萝卜!继续收汁!

7再摆盘,撒芝士碎,我用的是Beqa的芝士碎,很香!!放入烤箱220度,15-20分钟,看你芝士放的多与少,放的多了,也不容易化…芝士变成焦糖色就ok了!

小技巧
牛腩建议选澳洲的牛腩,因为真的真的炖到后面是不老的,好一点的澳洲牛腩炖到后面都是入口即化,超级香的!!!国产的牛肉只会越炖越有嚼劲…然后很硬…我试过…?除非高压锅,不然咬都咬不烂!!!?
