1西兰花掰成小朵,火腿切片,洋葱切丝,马苏切丝,土豆去皮擦成蓉

1.土豆擦成茸会与米饭融合得更好,也可以擦成丝; 2.黄油切成小块拌入,容易拌匀; 3.米饼放入模具后压实,不需要太厚; 4.烘烤时间供参考,根据自家烤箱调节,烤熟即可。
