1面粉加适量清水挑成面糊糊(要比我们一般做煎饼调面糊糊稠点)

小技巧
1、面糊糊要稠些,水相对来说要比做其他煎饼面糊糊少点,这样饼皮才会Q~~ 可以水少少的加,看看状况,再继续,不要一下子倒水 2、覆蓋第二层面糊糊的时候一定要完全覆蓋,用面糊糊封住
