原料
猪蹄: 1只, 藕带: 1袋, 小米辣、蒜: 各适量, 芹菜,切细: 2根, 糖: 10克, 生抽、米醋: 各12克, 调味盐、味精: 各少许, 藤椒油: 数滴, 葱花: 适量
步骤
1猪蹄让店主斩成两半,冲洗干净,热水下锅煮开将水倒掉,锅中重新装水,加姜片,葱节,料酒放入猪蹄煮1小时左右捞出晾凉
