核桃: 三个, 碗,砸蒜锤: 各一个, 糖: 一勺半, 紫薯汁: 一大勺

1首先,刨三个核桃

2用砸蒜锤将核桃砸成半末状

5切成这样的丁状、(要保留一小点)

6把紫薯丁在碗里捣碎(出水后)然后倒点水(凉白开)

7把紫薯过滤出来

8将刚刚砸好的核桃酱放在一个勺形容器里(小贴士:放核桃酱前,给容器内壁抹点油)

9将成形的核桃酱取出,很好取吧,这就是为什么要给容器内壁放油的原因了

10给上边撒上刚刚准备的糖

12因为没有准备薄荷叶,所以自己用青菜叶剪了两片叶子,把叶子交错插在点心上
