步骤
1准备需要的配料

2把年糕切块,大概一厘米的厚度,然后放水里煮熟,再沥干水分,浸泡在凉水里备用(这步不可以少哦,不然年糕会黏在一起)

3姜切成条状;蒜切成蒜末,不要太小

4将螃蟹洗净,对半切开,剖掉蟹壳,再切成小块

5切成这样小块,比较好炒

6锅内热油,把蒜末放入锅内,小火炒到金黄捞起备用

7把姜末放锅内爆香,加入少许花椒,然后倒入螃蟹,依次放入糖、小辣椒,加少许水 翻炒

8螃蟹炒到快熟了,捞出年糕沥干,放入锅内一起炒,加入少许盐和鸡精

9最后加入葱段 蒜末
