原料
米饭: 5碗饭, 樱花虾酱: 2大匙, 沙茶酱: 1大匙, 腊肠: 2条, 鸡蛋: 3个, 洋葱: 半只, 香葱: 2棵, 生抽: 随量
步骤
1备好炒饭所需的材料,米饭最好放入冰箱冷藏过的,腊肠切粒,洋葱、香葱分别切粒,鸡蛋打散成蛋液待用;

2热锅落油,先放入腊肠炒至转色加入洋葱炒拌炒炒,闻到洋葱香味;

3落入米饭翻炒均匀;
