五花肉: 一斤半, 料酒: 少许, 老抽: 一大汤勺, 生抽: 一大半汤勺, 冰糖: 少许

1五花肉洗干净,锅烧热

2锅里不用放油,把肥肉的那面朝下,煎一下

6加入冰糖,不用太多,否则太甜

7倒入少许黄酒或一个易拉罐啤酒

8加入开水,盖过五花肉,此时还可以加五香茶干,切成薯条状,或加去壳的水煮蛋,做成卤蛋卤干,口感会非常好吃

9中火煮25分钟左右即可出锅,或者再改小火炖至40分钟,但要注意水,不要烧干了
