姜可多放黄姜,沙姜,先下锅爆香姜末,再倒入淘干净的粘米糯米,切好的腊肉腊肠,略呈金黄色可盛起,然后放进电饭煲,比平常煲饭数量少一点,按下煮饭键,跳至保温即可完成。
