6煮熟小菜后,加水依然没过,放入煮熟的米饭,压平,盖上锅盖至锅里水煮干,锅内传来滋滋声,关火,焖七分钟,继续开火,待锅内水汽煮干,再次发出滋滋声,关小火,开盖,放盐,我这里是四人份的,放了一大勺,然后将米饭和底下的小菜翻炒均匀
