原料
白鲨粘米粉: 100克, 鸡蛋, 瘦肉碎, 葱花, 胡萝卜丝, 酱油: 1个, 50克(随意), 少许, 少许, 随意
步骤
1将粘米粉称100克出来,放入容器内,加入250ml水搅拌均匀

2鸡蛋打到容器内搅拌均匀,瘦肉提前剁好,加入少许生粉,盐、白糖、酱油、花生油腌好

3将水烧开后,将烤盘均匀刷油(烤盘每次倒入粉浆时都要刷油)再倒入适量粉浆,加入肉馅,葱花上锅蒸一分钟(每次倒入粉浆时都要拌匀再放入烤盘)

4拿出来,用铲子铲起肠粉装盘
