1先将糖和鸡蛋一起打发

3将粉类过筛,倒入打发好的鸡蛋里,小心的混合均匀

4将黄油融化在牛奶里,混合均匀,取1/3已混合好的面糊,一起搅拌

7开始准备慕斯馅(我也不知道算不算幕斯,因为我吃起来觉得像丁),我是按照冰淇淋的方法来做这回的馅的。蛋黄2个,糖50g,牛奶200ml,淡奶油100ml,吉利丁2片蛋黄加糖打发至颜色发白,体积增大

8打发好的样子

9将吉利丁片放入牛奶小火加热溶解到沸腾,然后把牛奶慢慢的倒入打发好的蛋黄里,不停的搅拌。搅拌好后将鲜奶油打至6分发加入。搅拌均匀
