步骤
1将猪排的筋剪断,然后用刀背敲松(我没有肉锤啊,如果有就更方便了)

2加入盐、红酒、黑胡椒碎、什锦香草颗粒、色拉油揉捏5分钟,腌制半小时以上(我用了半天这样更入味些)

3土豆去皮切丁上锅蒸熟(10分钟左右)

4胡萝卜切丁,芦笋头切颗粒状,留尾部嫩的

5烧开水,放点油将胡萝卜和芦笋丁放入焯烫片刻捞起,然后将芦笋尾也放入焯烫片刻

6将土豆丁、胡萝卜丁和芦笋丁混合倒入一个碗中,加入色拉酱搅拌匀待用

小技巧
猪排的筋一定要剪开,不然成品吃的时候不容易咬,而且煎的过程中肉也会缩紧
