原料
豆浆: 300g, 面条: 1把, 小白菜: 50g, 炸豆包: 50g, 生香菇: 50g, 油: 1大匙, 酱油膏: 1大匙, 盐: 1/2大匙, 香菇精: 1/2大匙
步骤
1先将豆浆与水以1:1的比例混合放入锅中熬煮

2另起一锅放油加酱油膏爆香后,倒入熬好的豆浆汤中。(这里用了一大勺味极鲜,半勺砂糖和淀粉混合代替酱油膏)

3将切好的香菇片与炸豆包丝放入锅中,加入盐,香菇精调味,即可将面条放入豆浆汤中大火快煮,起锅前加入小白菜丝配色。(若同我一样用甘蓝丝的话,要提前下锅,煮至软身)
