白馒头: 1个, 鸡蛋: 1个, 油: 适量, 盐: 少许, 老干妈: 1小勺

1准备好制作材料

2将白馒头切成1厘米的片待用

3鸡蛋打入碗中,加入盐和少许清水,搅打均匀待用

4将切好的馒头片放入蛋液中,使其均匀的裹上一层蛋液

5锅里倒入适量油,烧至七成热,然后放入裹上蛋液的馒头片。中小火慢慢炸至馒头片表面金黄;所有馒头片都按以上方式炸至金黄

6最后将炸好的馒头片捞出,沥去多余油分后装盘,食用时蘸取老干妈即可

小技巧
馒头片在蛋液里时间不宜太长,只要裹上薄薄的蛋液即可,否则炸出来的馒头片不够脆;馒头片在炸制时,要待其定型后再翻面,这样就不会有太多的碎屑
