步骤
1将所有原料称好备用

2将牛油放在室温中至软化,与糖打至松软变白,加入蛋液拌匀

6把面团放在不沾布上,用擀面杖擀至0、5厘米厚,放入冰箱冷冻15分钟

7将面皮取出,用模具压出梨子形,放入烤盘,送入烤箱烘烤
