小技巧
1,一定要选用新鲜的虾、蛤蜊 2,剪开虾背的时候注意不要将虾剪成两半,否则摆盘不好看 3,烤虾的时候用锡箔纸将蛤蜊盖住,最后3-5分钟再将锡箔纸去掉,这样蛤蜊不会烤太老 4,最后可根据自己的口味再加料,可一盘几吃 5,烤虾的时间根据虾大小来调整,不要烤的太老
