原料
高筋面粉: 50克, 全麦粉: 150克, 温水: 140克, 酵母: 5克, 盐: 3克, 植物油: 10克, 玉米粉: 适量
步骤
1酵母放进温水里静置十分钟,全麦面粉和高筋面粉混合均匀加入盐混合均匀,加入静置好的发酵水揉匀后加入油,揉成光滑的面团盖保鲜膜室温发酵

2发酵至原来的两倍大后取出排气

3分割成均匀的六份(我分了七份感觉太小了)揉圆做成饼状盖保鲜膜醒三十分钟

4不粘锅小火加热放点玉米粉防止粘锅,取出饼胚放锅里小火慢煎三分钟翻一次面

5我用两个锅一起煎的
