22再次撒上一层甜椒丝和元葱丝后撒上适量的马苏里拉芝士,在饼边刷上一层色拉油

23烤箱预热200度,上下火,烤15分钟,取出后再撒上少许马苏里拉芝士,烤五钟芝士融化即可

小技巧
炒酱时还可以加入元葱碎,这随个人口味,我是后来披萨菜放元葱多些。披萨酱炒干些不要紧,因为饼坯上还要放蔬菜,有些蔬菜烤完后会下汤汁 饼坯皮尽量擀的稍薄些,饧发后面饼坯还会发起来些厚度。在饼坯上扎小眼儿防止在烘烤当中饼坯鼓起。 披萨饼所有配菜可自行调整,配菜切丝切块随意。
