原料
武昌鱼: 1条, 大葱白: 1根, 小葱: 适量, 姜: 适量, 小尖椒: 少量, 料酒: 2勺, 蒸鱼豉油: 4勺, 胡椒粉: 少许, 盐: 适量, 香油: 适量, 鸡粉: 少量
步骤
1准备武昌鱼,刮鳞去内脏,剪去鱼鳍,砍掉鱼头,再从背部切开(如图),注意肚皮不要切断喔

2加入一勺盐和两勺料酒➕葱姜丝,腌渍15分钟

3把葱姜丝垫在盘底,鱼肉展开,摆成孔雀形状(鱼尾巴太窄的部分,开屏不了?于是就切下来垫在鱼头下面了)

4上锅蒸 鱼肉很容易熟,所以我们冷水上锅,上汽以后再蒸6分钟,再关火焖两分钟就可以了

5蒸鱼的同时,我们可以来准备一会儿要用的调味汁(蚝油➕蒸鱼豉油➕胡椒粉➕少量盐➕少量鸡粉)
