杏鲍菇: 3个小的(或者1个大的), 肉沫: 150克, 生抽(加肉沫里): 1勺, 黑胡椒(加肉沫里): 少许, 生粉(加肉沫里): 1勺, 调料汁:: , 生抽: 1勺, 芝麻油: 半勺, 蜂蜜: 1勺, 摆盘装饰:: , 熟芝麻: 适量, 生菜: 1片, 葱花: 少许
步骤
1准备食材,我直接买的肉沫,不嫌麻烦的可以自己切,最好碎一点,杏鲍菇清洗干净!

2肉沫里加入1勺生抽,1勺生粉和少许黑胡椒,搅拌成肉泥

3杏鲍菇纵向切开,然后再对半切开,一共切两刀切成四瓣,如果用大的杏鲍菇,需要先横向切成两段,然后每段切成8块,这样容易熟!

4然后把肉泥均匀的裹在杏鲍菇上,这一步最好带手套操作,方便不粘手!

5锅中加适量油烧热,加入肉泥杏鲍菇中小火慢煎

6一面煎好再翻一下煎另一面,一共三面全部煎至金黄!

7煎杏鲍菇的同时把酱汁调好,1勺生抽, 1勺蜂蜜,半勺芝麻油,再加半碗清水混合均匀!

8倒入煎好的杏鲍菇里,加盖闷煮5分钟左右,至杏鲍菇变软变熟即可,个人觉得咸淡正好,口重的可以少加点盐调味!
