步骤
1抹茶粉加温水搅打均匀,加入70g色拉油,搅到油水乳化均匀

2加入过筛了2次的低粉加泡打粉,稍微拌一下没有干粉就行

5把白糖+盐+玉米淀粉拌匀

6蛋白先打至粗泡,分三次加入白糖、盐和玉米淀粉拌匀的粉

7最后搅打到硬性发泡

10倒入烤盘中,180度,20分钟

11蛋糕坯做好后,稍微放凉后,挤上奶油,撒上红豆,四周用抹刀抹一下然后盖上蛋糕片压一压。(蛋糕坯一定要放凉后再挤奶油,我做的有些心急了,蛋糕坯最下面这片有些塌陷了)

12再在上面挤一层奶油,撒红豆
