7熟了以后只取南瓜入料理机打泥,我用的宝宝的辅食机

9面粉适量

10酵母和糖适量,大概一斤面粉,5克酵母的比例,一勺糖,可以根据自己的喜好加糖

11接下来就是揉面啦,面粉和南瓜泥放在一起搅拌吧

14等到面团发酵到原来的两倍甚至三倍

17面团擀成面皮,错落有致叠在一起,然后从一边开始卷起来,卷好的面团再从中间用刀切开,分成了两朵玫瑰花,整理一下花苞就可以了哦

19蒸笼架刷油,冷水入锅,有距离的放上做好的馒头,开火

25南瓜造型有一点比较麻烦,就是需要线,每个馒头需要4根线,线放入油浸一下,摆成米字型,揉好的圆形面团放在线上,线头系起来,上头留一点空隙,不要系太紧,不然馒头蒸熟膨胀太紧了会嘞进馒头里
