1.霉乾菜蒸過後再炒一下才會更香軟好吃。 2.豇豆焯水時放點油並在焯水後用沖涼可以讓其顏色更翠綠,保持其鮮嫩度; 3.霉乾菜很咸,所以如果霉乾菜已經放了很多就不用放鹽了。
