小土豆 500g, 尖椒 300g, 香菜 300g, 油 適量, 鹽 適量, 生抽 適量, 清水 適量, 大蒜 適量, 姜 適量
步驟
1小土豆洗凈瀝水備用

2上鍋蒸熟小土豆

小技巧
1.小土豆其實可以不用去皮,用刷子刷乾淨 2.尖椒我喜歡吃辣,就買薄皮的辣一些 3.我只用了最簡單的生抽調味,沒放大料(八角)之類的 4.最好讓湯汁浸泡的時間長點,才入味
