孢子甘藍 5個, 西紅柿 1個, 香腸 1-2根, 鹽 適量, 胡椒 半勺, 香草(就是herbs,不是做冰激凌用的vanilla) 半勺
步驟
1孢子甘藍劃十字花,西紅柿切碎
2孢子甘藍放在碗中,加少量水,用盤子蓋上,放入微波爐,微波8分鐘
3拿出孢子甘藍加入胡椒粉,鹽,番茄,香草
4倒250毫升水,混合均勻
5放回微波爐,加熱10分鐘左右
6拿出來,吃!

Preparation method Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 16 mins 1. Place Brussels sprouts in a 2 litre microwave safe casserole dish, cover, and cook 8 minutes. 2. Stir in kielbasa, tomato juice, pepper, salt, garlic granules, butter and oregano. Cover and return to microwave and cook for 8 minutes more, or until tender.
